Orders are shipped from our overseas warehouses (mainly from China, Hong Kong, or Singapore) directly to customers across the United Arab Emirates.

💳 Payment Method – Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within the United Arab Emirates.
You can pay the total order amount in cash to the courier upon receiving your package.
Please ensure that:

You have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.

You answer courier calls to confirm your delivery schedule.
Orders placed via COD are confirmed automatically — please ensure you genuinely intend to receive your order to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp, or email (when available).
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after dispatch due to international processing.
🛃 Customs & Import Duties
All applicable customs duties or import taxes (if any) are included in your order price — you won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.

🚫 Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed beyond 30 business days, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team.
